New Single: "Ope! All out of Fucks." by JOHNJOHNFM—Out October 26th!
I’m excited to announce my newest single, "Ope! All out of Fucks.," dropping on October 26th. This song brings an upbeat, poppy sound with a dark twist, filled with sarcastic angst and layered with frustration. It’s a personal anthem for the times when you’ve just had enough, combining catchy repetition with raw aggression, particularly in the screaming section at the end.
The lyrics tell a story that might feel abstract at first but dive deep into feelings of frustration—especially in relationships. Inspired by past experiences, this track takes on themes of apathy, greed, and personal growth, with a sarcastic bite that runs through the entire song.
"Ope! All out of Fucks" stands out with its layered vocals and cool effects, driving the song’s energy forward. Though the synths take a back seat in this one, they help build the backdrop for a mix of pop and grit. The ending screams leave an unforgettable impact, showing off a raw side I loved creating.
The artwork adds to the surreal nature of the song—it features Descartes riding an angry llama, surrounded by textbooks, pointing to a mix of absurdism and the frustrations of academic pressure, among other things in life.
While Apple Music won’t have it at launch (they always take their time), "Ope! All out of Fucks" will be available on all other major streaming platforms. Be sure to check it out on October 26th and follow me on Instagram and Threads for all the behind-the-scenes content and updates!
Thanks for your support, and I hope this track hits you in all the right places!
